ACCESS:

  • 10 passes, monthly passes and direct debits are to be used by the member only

REGISTER YOUR ENTRY

  • Members must swipe in on entry

LOST ACCESS TAGS

  • Lost or stolen membership tags must be reported immediately. Replacement for tag cost $5.

UN-FINANCIAL

  • Expired members or late payment members will not be able to enter the facility.

LIABILITY

  • By entering Manly Pool you agree to follow and abide by all rules, regulations, terms and conditions related to the use of this facility.

PERSONAL ITEMS

  • Manly Pool is not liable for personal property that is damaged lost or stolen while on or around our premise. You agree by signing
    this document, that you hereby release, discharge, discharge and covenant not to sue us or hold us responsible for any damage or
    damages suffered or incurred by you due to loss of any personal items or damage to your property locate in or around Manly Pool.

SHOWERS

  •  Please restrict your showers to 3 minutes only.

SUSPENSIONS

  • Direct Debit – Minimum 3 weeks suspension. A $5 fee will be charged

CANCELLATIONS

  • Two weeks’ notice is needed for direct debit memberships.

DIRECT DEBIT REQUEST SERVICE AGREEMENT

  • Millumby P/L will debit your nominated account in the Schedule of this Direct Debit Request as specified. Your Direct Debit will be
    taken out on a weekly basis. The first payment will be deducted the day after sign-up. The deduction time is dependent on your bank
    and institution. Manly Pool accepts no liability for the day that it is processed. Be aware that public holidays can cause delays.
  • All personal customer information held by us will be kept confidential except that information provided to our financial institution to initiate the drawing to your nominated account.
