Morning Momentum

A high intensity interval training class designed to kick-start your day with a burst of energy. Our morning momentum HIIT class will have you feeling strong, energized and ready to tackle whatever challenges come your way.

Forever Young

A 45 minute in the gym workout aimed at the older adult or for those wanting a lower impact workout. Forever young focuses on form with the aim to increase muscle strength, improve cardiovascular fitness, improve mobility, improve balance, and co-ordination & work on flexibility. Forever young is not only good for you but is set in a fun environment.

Hump day HITT out

A 30 minute high intensity interval style group fitness class using body weight, kettlebells and dumbbells. With consistency you will see your fitness and strength improve. Class is set poolside in our functional area.

Pool Group Fitness Classes

Aqua Aerobics

A low impact but high intensity water aerobics class where no swimming skills are required. Aqua Aerobics is a class suited for all ages, young and old. A high energy class, set to music, you chose your intensity – lots fun and a great way to make new fitness friends !

Aqua Strength

Aqua Strength is a class designed to give you an all-round workout using bodyweight and aqua dumbbells.

MUST SUPPLY YOUR OWN – Dumbbells aren’t compulsory to join the class.

Swim Fit

A 30 minute swim set for those wanting to increase their swim fitness. You must be able to swim freestyle and breaststroke but don’t have to be the best swimmer to participate in the class. There is no pressure to perform. You follow a swim set and with consistency, you will improve your overall swimming fitness. You must have fins and goggles.

Aqua Box

Aqua Box is a boxing style class set in the water. Use of boxing combinations, cardio and core.  A great variety of fast, strong movements. Aqua Boxing gloves are recommended but not compulsory.
