Circuit Break
A fun, fast paced 45-minute circuit class which blends strength training and high-intensity cardio for a powerful, full body workout. This class will keep your heart rate up while challenging every major muscle group.
Morning Momentum
A high intensity interval training class designed to kick-start your day with a burst of energy. Our morning momentum HIIT class will have you feeling strong, energized and ready to tackle whatever challenges come your way.
The Strength Project
Forever Young
A 45 minute in the gym workout aimed at the older adult or for those wanting a lower impact workout. Forever young focuses on form with the aim to increase muscle strength, improve cardiovascular fitness, improve mobility, improve balance, and co-ordination & work on flexibility. Forever young is not only good for you but is set in a fun environment.
Pool Group Fitness Classes
Aqua Aerobics
A low impact but high intensity water aerobics class where no swimming skills are required. Aqua Aerobics is a class suited for all ages, young and old. A high energy class, set to music, you chose your intensity – lots fun and a great way to make new fitness friends !
Swim Fit
A 30 minute swim set for those wanting to increase their swim fitness. You must be able to swim freestyle and breaststroke but don’t have to be the best swimmer to participate in the class. There is no pressure to perform. You follow a swim set and with consistency, you will improve your overall swimming fitness. You must have fins and goggles.
Aqua Box
Come and join us for a 45-minute Aqua Box class. This class will bring you different boxing combinations, cardio and core work. Whilst you do not need equipment to participate, some participants do wear the HART sport aqua boxing gloves. We do not supply the gloves but these can be brought online at HART Aqua Boxing Gloves | HART Sport. This class is every Monday evening at 6pm.
Kids Swim Fit
Kids SwimFit is designed for young swimmers who want to boost their fitness and refine their technique in a fun, supportive setting. It’s a great way to become a stronger swimmer while staying active and having a blast! Sessions run for 45 minutes
