Our gym is fully equipped with state of the art equipment by Technogym, Concept and Australian Barbell Company. We have an indoor airconditioned area which houses our pin loaded, free weights and cardio equipment. Also our functional outdoor area overlooking our 25m pool.
Memberships are available giving you all access to gym, pool and group fitness. These can be purchased online or at our kiosk.

A fun, fast paced 45-minute circuit class which blends strength training and high-intensity cardio for a powerful, full body workout. This class will keep your heart rate up while challenging every major muscle group.
Morning Momentum
A high intensity interval training class designed to kick-start your day with a burst of energy. Our morning momentum HIIT class will have you feeling strong, energized and ready to tackle whatever challenges come your way.
The Strength Project
Forever Young
A 45 minute in the gym workout aimed at the older adult or for those wanting a lower impact workout. Forever young focuses on form with the aim to increase muscle strength, improve cardiovascular fitness, improve mobility, improve balance, and co-ordination & work on flexibility. Forever young is not only good for you but is set in a fun environment.

Originally from Edinburgh, Scotland, I moved to sunny Brisbane in 2021 and instantly fell in love with the lifestyle here—especially being close to the water. Fitness has always been a big part of my life, but over the years I’ve discovered just how powerful strength training can be in helping us live fully, vibrantly, and with confidence at every age.
As a qualified Personal Trainer, I am passionate about supporting you through your health and fitness journey whatever that looks like to you.
I have a special interest in training women going through perimenopause, menopause, and beyond. This stage of life often brings unique challenges, but I believe it can also be a time of incredible strength, energy, and renewal. My approach combines evidence-based training with a supportive, down-to-earth style that helps women feel strong in their bodies and empowered in their daily lives.
For me, strength training isn’t just about lifting weights—it’s about building resilience, boosting energy, protecting bone health, and creating the freedom to enjoy life to the fullest. My goal is to help you feel capable, confident, and ready for whatever comes next.
