Swim Squad | Swim squad is a 1 hour swim squad for swimmers of all abilities from beginner to elite, young adult to mature. The 1 hour session includes stroke development drills, sprint and endurance sets. Swimfit | A more relaxed version of swim squad, but if you want to push yourself you can. We focus on stroke development and fitness. Have fun and enjoy the sun, meet up with friends and make new ones while exercising. | Anyone who wants to keep fit and improve swim technique. |
Adult Skills | This session is aimed at adults who are new or returning to squad swimming and want help with skills and stroke refinement. The focus is on practicing form and technique. | Adults who are preparing to join swim squad. |
Junior Swim Squad | This squad is excellent for kids coming out of Learn to Swim, or kids of a young age wanting to train. Stroke development and improvement is worked on along with all four stokes, diving and turning. We encourage activity and enjoyment while developing endurance, good technique and swimming skills. | Young people not yet ready to move up to adult swim squad. |
Junior Triathlon Training | Run: Training will alternate between running shorter distances at a higher pace, and hill work. The aim is to develop and increase speed, stamina and strength. | All levels of ability and fitness catered for within this training. Beginners are welcome. |
Brick: A combination of swimming, cycling, running and transition practice. Skills developed in this session will help prepare for racing. | ||
Endurance Squad | Swim Squad: A 1.5hr session that works on endurance, strength, and stroke. This squad focuses on athletes achieving their goals in up coming swim meets and Triathlons. | All levels of ability and fitness catered for within this training. Beginners are welcome. |
Adult and Performance Junior Triathlon Training | 2 hour Brick: In this session we will practice the skills required to be competitive and safe in triathlons. We will also do some speed drills and race simulation. This is a must to attend each week to tie all your training together. | Triathletes from beginner to elite and juniors from 12 years old competent in their bike skills |
Next Level Run Training | Meet at the pool entrance Tuesday 5.30am and Wednesday 6pm. Each session we will practice the basics, as well as the specifics of hills, speed work, intervals and time trails. |
